October Adventures

October is my favorite month.  There is just so much to do in Oklahoma in the Fall!  Although it’s still pretty warm here, I know in just a few weeks the weather will be nice and crisp, and it will be time to get out those sweaters and boots.  I just love it!

We have been running around the city, trying to enjoy this nice weather before it gets too chilly, and have found so many fun things to do!

Jack and I have been to Pumpkinville a few times this year.  It’s been so warm and has been a great place to get some outside time!

We ended up having to take the vest off!  It was just too toasty outside!

We visited the Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch a couple weekends ago.  Again, it was pretty warm out so we didn’t stay too long.  We will go back when Jack is a little older and can enjoy running around.  If you are looking for something to do with your older kids, it would be a blast.

This little man has been loving the slides at the park.  We have been spending plenty of time soaking up the sunshine before it gets chilly.

While 82 degrees in October isn’t ideal, we know we will be missing these temperatures when we can’t play outside anymore!

I hope you’ve been able to get outdoors with your kids this Fall!
